Mr Bernard Rowe
Non-Executive Director
Mr Rowe has more than 30 years’ international experience in mineral exploration and mine development. His diverse mineral industry experience includes gold, copper, zinc, diamond, lithium and boron projects in Australia, Europe, Russia, Africa, North America and South America.
Bernard is a founding shareholder and Managing Director of ASX-listed Ioneer Limited. In 2016, he was directly responsible for the identification and acquisition of the Rhyolite Ridge lithium-boron project in Nevada (USA), which is now regarded as a Tier 1 lithium deposit and the only vat/heap leachable lithium deposit known globally.
Bernard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Hons) in geology and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists, the Society of Economic Geologist and the Geological Society of Nevada
Mr Alan Davies
Non-Executive Director
Mr Davies is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has degrees in law and business with extensive experience in running and leading mining businesses, most notably Rio Tinto as Chief Executive, Energy & Minerals in 2016 and Chief Executive, Diamonds & Minerals from 2012 to 2016.
Alan has held management positions in Australia, London and the United States for Rio Tinto’s Iron Ore and Energy businesses and has run and managed operations in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe and North and South America. He was also previously Chief Financial Officer of Rio Tinto’s iron ore business.
Alan was a non-executive director of Rolls Royce Holdings plc, the British aerospace engineering leader. He is currently a non-executive director of Ioneer Limited, an emerging lithium-boron producer and the Chief Executive Officer of private Zambian copper producer, Moxico Resources Plc.

Mr Richard Monti
Non-Executive Director
Mr Monti has enjoyed a successful career over 39 years in the international mineral resource industry resulting in broad knowledge and strategic planning capabilities. He has first-hand working knowledge of all aspects of the industry from acquisition and project generation through exploration, resource definition, feasibility, construction, operations, finance, product marketing and project divestment.
Mr Monti was a Principle of Ventnor Capital and is currently Principle of TerraCognita, providing technical, commercial and corporate advisory services to junior- and mid-sized resource companies.
He led the Azimuth Resources team in the $190m takeover by Troy Resources and generated the project which led to the Fortescue Metals Group multi-billion tonne iron ore Reserves, which is the foundation of its Pilbara operations.
He has extensive experience overseeing companies at Board level with 71 director-years of Board experience on 16 ASX and TSX listed companies, covering exploration and mining activities including in Argentina. His Directorships include seven as Chairman and sitting on numerous sub-committees. He is currently on the board of three ASX listed companies (CVV, BML, SMX).
Richard holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology major) with honours in Geology from the University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute, Perth Western Australia.
Mr Gustavo Rodriguez
Executive Director
Mr Rodriguez is an exploration geologist with over 25 years’ experience in Latin America largely in Argentina, Chile and Venezuela. He holds a B.Sc. degree in geology and a PhD in geology from the University of Córdoba, Argentina. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG), a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (FSEG) and a member of the Society for Geology Applied to Mineral Deposits (SGA). He has also been a Doctoral Fellow of the Argentinean Council for Scientific and Technical Research (CONICET).
Mr Rodriguez has held several positions with global and ASX listed companies including Exploration Manager for Goldfields during the main phase of the Salares Norte discovery, Argentina Exploration Manager and Vice President of Exploration for ASX listed Mariana Resources Ltd, Project Geologist for IAMGOLD Corp, Chief Geologist for Crystallex International and Argentinian Consulting Geologist for Oceana Gold Corp.
Mr Rodriguez is directly responsible for identifying and assembling the exploration tenements that make up the project portfolio and a founder of Minera Pedernales S.A, the Argentine domiciled subsidiary used to hold and acquire the assets. As Exploration Manager, Mr Rodriguez is leading the exploration team to continue his exploration work on the portfolio.
Mr Craig Feebrey

Mr Feebrey is an experienced geologist with over 30 years of global exploration and commercial success across Australia, Asia, and the Americas. Held executive, senior technical, and management positions across major and intermediate international mining organisations, and junior exploration companies.
Craig was the former Executive Vice President & Chief Exploration Officer for OceanaGold Corporation (TSX), Vice President Exploration for Gold Fields Limited (JSE/NYSE/SWX), and Executive Vice President Exploration for Suramina Resources (Lundin Group Subsidiary) (TSX).
Craig is a Chartered Professional Geologist and holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Geology), is a fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, and a member of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, and Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Mr Drew Speedy
Chief Financial Officer / Company Secretary
Mr Speedy has held numerous finance roles within ASX listed resources companies over the past 20 years, he is currently CFO of ASX listed exploration company Elementos Ltd. Prior to that he served as CFO and Company Secretary of UIL Energy Ltd until its (Board Recommended) takeover by Strike Energy Ltd, he was Financial Controller of Bow Energy Ltd until its sale to Arrow Energy and has held senior finance roles with other companies including Arrow Energy, Blue Energy, and Queensland Gas Company during its market capitalisation growth phase from $20 million to ~$2 billion.
Mr Speedy has extensive experience in company financial reporting, regulatory and governance areas, business acquisition and disposal due diligence and capital raisings.
Mr Speedy has a Bachelor of Business from the Queensland University of Technology, and is a member of the Certified Practicing Accountants and the Governance Institute of Australia.
